Affordable for Groups!

• $150 a night (April 1st - November 30th) for the first two people or
• $170 a night (December 1st - March 31st) for the first two people
• $25 per night each extra person after that or
• $18 for children 5 - 16 years old
• $12 per night for fives and under

• Stay 6 nights & the 7th night is FREE
  of your $150/$170 base rate!!

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
• LINEN - We provided nice duvets, pillows and extra blankets. You can either choose to bring your own linen (towels, sheets and pillowcases) or pay a little extra for us to provide them. It is a flat rate of $15 per person for this service. We then make the beds up before your arrival, provide towels, and launder them all afterwards for you. If you have 6 people, you would add $90 to your tariff, whether you stay for 2 nights or 7.
• CLEANING - Fitzroy Heights is a self cleaning set up with all the cleaning equipment provided for you. Should you wish, you can choose to pay $80 to have a cleaner do it instead.
