It is centrally located at the quieter end of New Plymouth’s main street - Devon St East. The apartment is in a retail area, above a shop so you get the extra benefit of shops, cafes and restaurants right outside your door! Yet there are no nightclubs and little street traffic at night, so the nights are not noisy.

It is a short walk to the beach, the Coastal Walkway, two golf courses, Lake Rotomanu, the Valley Megacentre shopping complex and a short drive to the city centre and other amenities. Or walk along the Coastal Walkway into town and enjoy fabulous sea views!

We are very well located for the airport. We also have a bus stop right across the road should you need it.
